Quotes are merely a bad suggestion. After they have determined they grossly underbid the job all of a sudden everything left to be finished is now an add on and was never included in the original quote. You now have to decide to cut your losses and hire someone to finish the job or leave yourself at his mercy and hope you haven’t pissed him off already because it gets really expensive from there till the job is completed.
