Xclusive Kuts Barber Shop welcomes walk-ins every day, offering a friendly atmosphere and skilled barbers. Open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM, they ensure precise cuts and a great conversation. Many customers appreciate the personalized service, often returning without needing to specify their preferences. The barbers are experienced, with particular praise for their work with children, including those with special needs. While the shop can get busy, the talented barbers consistently deliver excellent results. Customers do suggest being mindful of language in the shop, especially around kids.
We waited a while but that was because we didn't have an appointment. Everything was booked but they got us in!My 3 boys are on the spectrum and BAM did amazing with them!! I saw a lot of the other barbers giving haircuts too, they all look really experienced!!Thank you again BAM!!
I just have to brag on the skilled work done on my son’s hair today by Alonzo. He amazes me..such talent!!! We’ve been going for a while and it’s perfect every time. Highly recommend him!
I recently moved to Lafayette from Georgia and the place I missed the most was my barbershop. I did my research online, checking out barbers' portfolios, but more importantly scouting the barbershops to see the results first hand. I found that the local haircut style that a lot of people wear is not my style. So I just stuck to the low and even all over till I could find MY barber. One day this guy walked into my office and I notice his haircut was on point. I immediately stopped him and asked where he got his hair cut. He showed me the profile of "Jason the barber" on an app called "booksy". I checked out his portfolio, scheduled my appointment and rest is history. First off, the atmosphere is crazy, in a good way. The shop is full of great conversationalist, and Jason is a master with clippers/blades, and his blending expertise is amazing, and the fact that he uses a straight on the edge up let's you know you dealing with someone that knows the craft. The thing I love the most is that the barbers here are not just great with one texture of hair, and that's a rarity among shops across the country. I seen people of all ethnic groups walk in, some that were in serious need of help. I'm talking "50 shades of messed up", and everyone of them walked out with they looking great. Needless to say, this is the spot. The only thing that hard to do is get an appointment with Jason. But even that has a simple solution, book it early.
