Echo was really genuine and super helpful! I knew what I need but didn't know where everything was located at in the store and I never go there but for rare occasions. She immediately asked me as I walked into the store if I need help. She was able help me find everything I needed and even gave me some recommendations as well! Thank you Echo! Absolutely love this Ulta location. The manager, Ms. Cassandra was helpful, friendly, and simply delightful. The stylist Lainey was also very kind giving me so many tips and advice on hair products. I drove 66 miles to go to this particular Ulta because it’s always stocked and the service is always the best. Thank you ladies 💕.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lainey at the La. Avenue location! She absolutely SLAYED my hair from start to finish. I went from Drab to Fab! The color is gorgeous, rich, and blended perfectly, and my cut/style gave me so much confidence walking out of the salon. She truly listened to what I wanted while also using her expertise to make it even better than I imagined.
