Wasn't even going to be told why my son was in pain. Before even telling me what needs to be done they asked if we wanted the work done in April. The dentist was not even going to speak me. Asked for an excuse for the few days my son missed this week which was 2 1/2 days (Which my son has not missed much school ever) The office manager speaking very rudely and loudly to the whole lobby that there is no reason my child have missed school I needed to give him motrin and send him to school that child needs an education. Even asked if my child was in the hospital a month would I let him stay home from school. Mind you he missed two days after only sleeping a hour each night because he literally was crying all night that it hurt. I even sent him to school yesterday where he had to get checked out. I called for an appointment as soon as they opened on Tuesday so they knew he was in pain. I understand this was the earliest they had. The manager said I could have took him to the emergency room. Like lady he needed a dentist and I also consulted with his pediatrician to see what I could do to keep him comfortable til the appointment. Funny thing is she didn't even know all the details nor did she care to know she made assumptions and calling me out as a mother in front of everyone and talking over me. Which I would have understood if she would have simply said they couldnt give an excuse and left it at that. This is not acceptable nor is it okay!
