Never any wait time. I've been there a couple of times, it really depends on who is working that day. I had one experience where she did fantastic but the next time I went to get my daughters hair cut I was not as pleased.

Linnetta did a wonderful job on my cut and style. She was friendly and very professional. The only negative I give to her was the wiping on my face with a hairy towel but she immediately gave me a wet towel when asked and i was very pleased. I will be going see her again at SUPERCUTS on Ambassador Caffery Parkway. I must add the other stylist/ladies were very intuitive and inviting.
