I just had a deep tissue massage at Spa Mizan with Danielle, and all I can say is WOW.

I walked in carrying what felt like months of stress in my shoulders, neck, and upper back. I was tense, tight, and honestly didn’t realize how much tension I had been holding onto until Danielle started working. Her technique was incredible—firm where it needed to be, attentive, and perfectly targeted to the areas causing the most discomfort.
