Dr. Soileau is "proud" of making his patients' crowns in his lab. One of mine cracked just over a year or so after I paid BIG bucks for four crowns. (I'll shorten this, but there so SO much wrong in with the practice; I don't know how he is still in business.) I asked my new dentist for a photo of the cracked crown. I brought it over to ole Smilin' Soileau to give him an opportunity to correct his subpar work. He looked at the photo and said, "Yeah, that looks like a cracked crown." Instead of offering to replace it or refund me, he had me get in the chair so that they could take their "own" photo. Low and behold, the photo he showed me had a lovely crown with no crack!...read full review

I was seen by Dr Soileau for the first visit and decided to not return for future treatment from him. There were $3,000 in charges that I paid for future treatment which I did not receive, his office has yet to return to me. This is for services not rendered which is clearly medical fraud. After contacting him personally and his office for a refund, they simply would not return the money paid.
