We used Mona to prepare our taxes for a decade. We previously experienced small issues which seemed grounded in organization or communication with employees working for her. Otherwise, we found her incredibly intelligent, kind and helpful. Something changed. In 2025, we started getting notices of penalties for reports which she neglected to file. Her responses typically were that she was out of town for family events or conferences and would handle when she returned. The final straw being she neglected to file an extension for 2024 taxes and then neglected to file our taxes in 2025, even though the proper information was submitted to her well ahead of all deadlines.
