I have no complaints. The staff was great. I had open heart surgery with 5 bypass. Dr. Dewitt is an excellent doc. The nursing staff treated u like u were part of the family. No complaints in nursing staff. Food was ok. I rate this hospital and staff as excellent professions.
Came in with a seizure. Ended up in a diabetic coma. The nursing staff were some of the most respectful nurses I’ve ever had. Especially a single nurse stood out. Explaining everything in detail talking me through each test result and telling me all the pros and cons. I could have died with no answers but the one nurse Darrius Bonner treated every patient he had the whole week I was there with the upmost respect and care. I don’t think I could have done as well of a recovery without his help and the help of all the nursing staff. Thank you to everyone that was there for me. It may have just been them doing their job but they all did their jobs amazingly well... read full review
I went to the ER and was seen within seconds, not minutes. The entire staff from check-in greeting to discharge was absolutely top notch. I’m extremely picky about where I seek healthcare and Lourdes is one of the best. Professional, compassionate, respectful, thorough, and friendly.
