My mom was quickly taken for her head CT scan, she told the technicians that her back was hurting her so she got on to the bed cautiously. But following the scan the technicians quickly grabbed her arms and pulled her up to a seated position - while they may have thought themselves helpful this hurt my mother greatly. She is 90 and has suffered spinal fracture/compression. More care could have been taken given her age and earlier mention of her back pain. Now she swears she will refuse any services at Lourdes, though it is the closest hospital to her home. More care with the elderly please!

I received wonderful care during my procedure today. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr Grant was so quick with doing the dye test. No pain and friendly. Can’t rate this department high enough.
