Popped into here and had some holes added to the straps of my shoes. Staff was very friendly and super fast service. They add holes for free!!! I had no idea, no one does anything for free anymore but this establishment does! Thank you for fast, friendly service on my shoes. Definitely will return to your place for all my shoe needs!??

they restored my backpack ! and they did a great job! Now I can wear it again! :D I’ve never heard of that place before but now I know where to go ! Five stars! Great job MUSSO!!!!!

Called in for a quote to put protective soles on my New Valentinos on Monday. Rep at the desk (Josh) said $38.99+tax. I told him I had a flight Friday and asked if it could be ready on Thursday. He color matched my soles to the shoe before I left for drop off to make sure I was happy. My shoes were ready the next day. I highly recommend Musso's and will return for all my shoe repair needs. Great customer service, keep it up!
