Claire M. highlighted my hair. I know it was a long day for both of us and I don’t know if she was as nervous as I was about the outcome, but I want her to know she did a great job! I am loving it! She was super sweet too! I look forward to my next appt with her. Thank you Claire!

Overall, I would say I am content with the quality of the haircuts I get here but not overly impressed. Sometimes I feel as though my hair stylist doesn't know how to best handle my finer hair and it comes out looking a little flat and weighed down with product. I prefer to part my hair on the side but she often forgets and end up drying it with a middle part. Last time I was in, she was 20min late to my appointment because she ran out to get coffee, and she was 10min late to another one of my appointments. My husband and I moved to the Lafayette area 4 years ago. I needed an Aveda hair specialist for my needs. Thus began my relationship with Nicole the owner of Mon Reve. Nicole is an excellent hair consultant and owner. Her consults are thorough and she really listens to what I wanted. I never felt rushed or handed off to her other workers. Time management for my appointments have always worked out perfectly. I also have called Nicole at the last minute for a hair appointment and she has met me early, late, and even on her day off.
