Chris always does a great job. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything he’s checking and why. Our upstairs unit struggled during the extreme heat earlier this week, and he walked me through every step he tried to diagnose the issue. Even though the temperature dropped today and the problem wasn’t showing as clearly, he still went through all possibilities and made sure I understood what could be happening.
