The staff is kind and caring. They treat Cookie(My Dog) like she's family. They are very gentle when doing procedures and are exceedingly sweet towards the animals. I have a vet for life!!!
The 2 lab techs that handled my 99-pound German Shepherd today for nail cutting and 6-month heartworm preventative shot were great, firm and quick as needed. I didn't feel rushed, as Dr. Mayer listened to my concerns regarding occasional nausea, itching, limping, and head shaking. He checked her eyes, ears, front leg joints, teeth, and gave her a thumbs up. My dog was comfortable during her visit. I have been bringing her there since early this year for heartworm treatment (she tested positive), spay, vaccines, and she has been chipped there. love it here! my dal can be nervous when he goes to the vet but dr mayer always patiently waits until he gets more comfortable before doing anything. the techs are always very nice and helpful, they always handle him with a smile and lots of pets. i cannot recommend this place enough!
