Jon was awesome. He was prompt, courteous and made sure both problems were fixed and working properly. The cost to repair a hot water line and replace our water heater temperature valve was fair. The communication from initial contact to arrival and fixing the problems was great. I highly recommend
They worked hard excavating the piping underneath the irrigation pipe sticking out of the ground that was attached & stuck inside of a large stump of a tree. Over time, the tree had grown into the irrigation pipeline.. They worked hard and they got it all done from 9:45 AM to 12:43 PM; they capped it off, and they did everything, in just a matter of 3 hours time with severalemployees, trucks, lifts & a huge excavator. They, also, had the city, the parish AT&T, and the gas company present; all of them were witnesses while they did the work because of all the electric, gas, & water lines/pipelines were laid underground in the property.
