Lourdes Home Health

I will never choose Lourdes for home health again. While the nurses were great, scheduling was not. I would tell them when to come because my husband and I work. They never came on the days we asked. Even today, I requested for them to come before 10. We never got a call the day before to set up the time. A nurse apparently was knocking but we can't hear knocking from our bedroom. Instead of calling us to let us know she was here, she just left. That was very unprofessional. When all of this started, I told my husband to tell them to check in with our complex's office and they can let them in.
