Zero stars was not an option unfortunately. Legacy Flooring did the tile around my fireplace and the floor tile in the bathrooms and laundry room of my Shivers home. Two years in a row, the tile around the fireplace came unglued and they refused to upgrade it to a tile that would withstand the proper amount of heat. The tile on the floors wad never cleaned properly prior to move-in and had glue and other stains and marks that I was not able to get up. To make matters worse, they now refuse to honor any warranty claim on any of their work. BUYER BEWARE!!! Use any other flooring company, but this scam of a business!

Legacy Flooring & Design installed a shower in our home in 2021, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, the shower was poorly crafted, with multiple chipped tiles that had to be replaced. During that process, they compromised the waterproofing, leading to leaks outside the shower.

We gave them multiple opportunities to fix the issues, but they only made things worse. Over a year ago, they even removed the siding from the backside of my house to address the leaks and left them unfinished – never to return.
