Paul and the crew who did a complete unit replacement at our home today were quick, professional, friendly and got us back in cooler temps as quickly as we could have ever hoped for.

The lady took my information and was able to went a tech quickly! AC was making a humming sound and house was HOT ?.Called for service at 330pm by 415p the techo Eric arrived. He was kind enough to call first! He was personable and professional. He assessed the issue, Replaced the capacitar and was finished by 5:01pm. Quick service. The cost was above national average $200-$400. A capacitar cost less than $60, the labor is easy, just costly. He checked every thing for me and left a sticker with their information near the unit. I'm satisfied, to be expected; because I'm cool!

I would have given 5 stars but just for Mr. Ian for being so professional and kind enough to explain me everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He took time to explain it to my husband as well. We are very happy with his service. The reason I am giving four stars is we feel like we got overcharged. We had similar problems in our other houses and never got charged this high. They did provide excellent service so overall I would give them 4.5/5.
