Attended a service there- and if it weren’t for this ONE employee (Vanessa) I would have given them 5 stars. As a guest who’s never been there before- I walked in and 2 ladies that worked there just looked at me and continued their conversation. I asked about the funeral I was attending and they told me where to go- but it was upsetting that they did not greet me and it seemed as if they were having a personal conversation.

Wow is all I can say! Our family just experienced the unexpected passing of my mother in law over the weekend and we had her transferred to Kinchen. We honestly had no previous dealings with any of the local Lafayette funeral homes and chose them from remembering seeing their name before. Well, it must have been God that put their name in our head. Eric and the gentleman named Coach that we spoke with were extremely accommodating to our needs and even came in during closed hours to facilitate our schedule as we live out of town.
