My mother (and I) had a WONDERFUL experience! Joy, the receptionist, was as warm and friendly in person as she was over the phone. Ryan was warm and friendly as well—and he was EXTREMELY patient with my 89-year old mother. He answered all her questions and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or rushed.
