Angela and the whole staff at Facets are genuinely SO fantastic! I am a repeat customer and am truly just so obsessed with their lighting options (and get compliments on them in my home regularly!) but one particular fixture didn't work out for me. I am so forgetful and it has been MONTHS and never processed a return or picked it up. But they offered to refund me anyway, and are even mailing my refund directly to me so I didn't have to stop by. 4 years ago we did a huge renovation and got all of our plumbing fixtures from LCR. We had an issue with our kitchen sink spray hose and Brooke went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Thank you all so much for the expert service and most wonderful selection in town!
