Been having EPS servicing my residence almost 5 years now. It's always been great. We had an issue with our main panel going out (maybe from a power surge?), causing us to not be able to view our cameras, use the phone app, or set the alarm. We put in a service call, and Luke came and got us all squared away. He replaced the panel, reconfigured our camera system, making it much more user friendly, and made sure our phones had everything needed to access all features. He answered every question and helped walk me through everything. He was very professional and yet, personable. Shout out to LUKE for going above and beyond just changing my batteries for the sensors in my home. Little did he know he'd have to help me with my app, help my tenant with the alarm and camera app, and help her work it, but he also helped set up the wifi extender that wasn't hook up anymore. Luke did a phenomenal job with a smile on his face. Thanks Luke, we appreciate you?
Luke came to my home for a service call. He was incredibly polite, professional, and punctual. He thoroughly explained and showed me how to work my new keypad deadbolt. Luke went above and beyond to ensure the job was done, and everything was working properly.
