Kevin & Kollin were awesome for the actual installation of the equipment. We went over in detail what my vision was and they made any recommendations given the experience they have in the field. During the demo after everything was installed Kevin did great in walking me through the apps and video capability on my TV

Been having EPS servicing my residence almost 5 years now. It's always been great. We had an issue with our main panel going out (maybe from a power surge?), causing us to not be able to view our cameras, use the phone app, or set the alarm. We put in a service call, and Luke came and got us all squared away. He replaced the panel, reconfigured our camera system, making it much more user friendly, and made sure our phones had everything needed to access all features. He answered every question and helped walk me through everything. He was very professional and yet, personable.
