Knowledgeable, Professional, reasonably priced, and willing to come on-site are some attributes James Monte exhibited when he came to our house to fix some integration issues between Outlook & Zoom. Highest marks! Great job. Highly recommended.

James Monte, owner and founder of Effective Tech LLC, is a self-taught computer troubleshooter and repair technician. When James was 15 he started helping his friends and family with hardware and software issues. James established MontéTek in 2015 at the age of 18. James prides himself with his many years in Customer Service and always puts his clientele first above his own needs. The client may not always be correct, but the client is always first. In 2022 MontéTek was officially merged into Effective Tech LLC.
