The Dermatology Center of Acadiana provides comfortable and organized visits. The staff is good and doctors are described as great, on point, nice, and patient. Issues are addressed quickly with clear information and treatments provided. Patients report high satisfaction, recommending the place highly for various concerns. However, one experience noted a receptionist who was not nice and very rude during a phone call, which contrasted with the otherwise positive clinical care.

I’ve seen Tom on a couple visits where his sense of humor along with his Cajun terms make it very easy and comfortable to communicate with him. I saw Dr Kennedy during my last visit and although she may not share Tom’s jokes or Cajun terms she definitely made it very comfortable to describe the issues at hand and form a plan of care. Never would I have thought seeing a dermatologist would be that comfortable.
Great friendly staff! Absolutely, love Megan! Having my second tattoo removed, she has been very supportive, informative and kind. Definitely recommend for all your skin care needs!
