Working with Brady and his crew at Cochran Scales as an awesome experience. Although we ran into an issue with delivery of the item ordered Brady took care of business. I ordered a calibration weight which I needed ASAP. We ordered it and I agreed to pay next day freight of $140.00. The item didn’t make it in the next day so Brady charged me for 2nd freight which was $40.00. These are AWSOME people to deal with. Thank you Brady.
