I've been twice and thankfully always had a positive experience. The owner Julie is a good braider and truly cares about the health of your hair (which has not been the case for most braiders I've encountered). She gave me good hair care tips. I do think their prices are a bit on the higher side though.
Slow process but soooooooooo worth it. A little bit pricey for basic styles but I had no other options at the time. Very good people, hard working and caring. If you need a break, just ask.
They do a wonderful job on my hair. They are so sweet and kind. They give me good advice on how to take care of my hair, and which one that's better for my soft hair. I like going there to do my hair.
