On a Sunday , after hours, even on the tail end of an extremely crazy busy weekend…. their attitudes, professionalism and desire to resolve our AC issues remained amazing. Gaven Laviolette installed my Generac generator. He and his helper were awesome. Gaven is a perfectionist. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset for Chapman's A/C and Heating. Thanks for a job done well.
Had our outside unit that needed to be replaced. Our inside unit had been replaced just two years prior and was still under warranty. Our original A/C company did not want to help to make our inside unit compatible with a new outside unit so we decided to check with Chapman's A/C and the technician that came explained everything to us and we were able to keep our inside unit that was only 2 years old and made it work with the new outside unit. Big Thank You to Chapman's and his diligent techs and the best customer service we could ask for!!
