Previous reviewer calling them predatory nailed it. I was unaware that an entire shopping strip would be a tow zone on Johnston St and was towed within ten minutes of parking according to the receipt for my $248.67

I had 4 kids with me when our suv was towed. I paid for the spot and even paid for an additional hr, just to assure that we wouldn’t be towed. Lo and behold we were towed anyway for absolutely no reason & just left sitting in a dark parking lot downtown. I spoke to 3 different people within the company & no one seemed to have any sort of answers, much less even care at all AND I was told that it would cost almost $300 to get our suv back. After finally making it back home the owner called me apologizing for the whole situation & saying that "he doesn’t like how the situation was handled” & how he wanted to make things right.
