My mom came for a perm last week. I wanted you to know that she absolutely loved her cut & perm. My mom grew up in a small town in La. and has spent most of her life there. She & her sisters grew up giving each other perms. When I told her how much it would be for the perm, her jaw dropped. (She’s probably never paid more than $40-50 for any professional service before) ? The day before I had taken her to a nail salon and told her that she needed to tip 10%, so I knew she was thinking about that when she went to see you.
