I have used this company in the past but the last time, a couple of weeks ago, was a VERY BAD experience. The employee they have now was totally irresponsible and left the doors unlocked in my mom's house, left the lights on, and lost the garage remote I left for them to gain access to the house.The owner was totally defensive when I called to report the experience and made no effort to make it right by at least offering to replace the remote.

Very rude and unprofessional. Damaged both area rugs in cleaning process and claimed they were ripped when he picked them up. Totally NOT true. I would NOT recommend and warn others against their service.Service: Area rug cleaning

Totally arrogant and rude. The rug wasn't even cleaned well either. He told me he would be at my home to deliver my rug between 7:30-8:00 by 8:30 I called him only to find out that he wasn't going to be coming, he said he didn't call me because his cell phone didn't work at his shop. He called later that day to re schedule my delivery and asked if he could come to my home at 7:30 the next morning and I specifically told him no that was too early so he suggested 8 am. As I was stepping out of my shower at 7:25 am I could hear the doorbell and my dog going crazy, it was him.
