Our family is incredibly grateful to The Columns-CCC for the amazing care and compassion they showed during my dad’s stay. In one of our darkest moments, this facility gave us hope when we felt hopeless. Unlike another facility in Jena that denied my dad because he was deemed "too medically complex," The Columns took a chance on him—perhaps with hesitation—but they accepted the challenge and were determined to help him reach his full potential. The care provided far exceeded our expectations. Not only was the staff attentive, caring, and patient with my dad, but they also supported us as a family during a very difficult time. Their genuine compassion and determination brought light to our situation, and we are forever grateful that God led us to The Columns. The CNA's are attentive, the ladies at front desk always friendly, and if I have a question for a nurse about my mom she jumps right on it. My mom has never once complained of a thing!!
