I called for service in October 2024, he sent a new man out, I had to leaks it took him forever to repair, approximately 2 weeks later one area start leaking again, Mr. Rowe came and fixed it. January 8, 2025 I discovered the second area the guy fixed was leaking, I reported it to Mr. Rowe office, informed he was sick, totally understood. I been calling for over 2 months for Mr. Rowe to come an fix the job I paid for, as of today March 12, 2025 after several promises to come no show, I even left a message I would be willing to paid for service I had already paid for no respond. The repairs seem to be adequate but beware as they won’t let you know what services are provided or give you a bill. Only a total about to be paid. I tried for over a month to get a invoice so I would know what I was paying for but was advised they couldn’t tell me.

I went through 3 other AC companies near me before they were recommended to me, they were fantastic and had great customer service they drove 5 hours to do my AC work and I Would highly recommend this company for your AC needs !!
