I called the florist from out of state to order an arrangement. I spoke with Ro. She was so kind, it was like speaking with a friend. She listened to my requests and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. When she finished the arrangement, she sent me a picture of it to make sure I was pleased. She did not stop until I was completely satisfied. The arrangement exceeded my expectations. I will forever be a customer.
