How awesome are these folks?!? We had an altercation with the "Low Clearance" by the WalMart - as soon as I explained what happened and that we were hearing ugly sounds from our front air conditioner, she told me to bring it right in. We did - they took a look and gave us two options for the repair / replace. They were able to make the repair and get us back on the road within probably an hour. So very grateful that they were able to complete this in such time with minimal hassle and NO lead time.Service: Air conditioning

On my way to Texas I had a unexpected malfunction with my truck camper. The bottom of the overhang had fallen down. I looked for RV repair shops and ran across this shop.It was 3pm and I went and took a long shot they could get me fixed. I had to be in Galveston by morning. When I called the lady on the phone was really nice and told me to come down and they'd see what they could do as they were short handed and just getting setup in their new facility.Once I got there Rick took a look and jumped right on it. He obviously didn't have the hardware that Travel lite uses (they're not as mainstream) but a quick trip to the store and BAM! I was fixed up and back on the road.Very...read full review
