While the staff is generally friendly and professional, some employees have been known to engage in excessive gossiping and become sidetracked, occasionally forgetting to provide patients with test results. Overall, the practice receives positive reviews, with patients appreciating the doctors' care and dedication.
I have been seeing Dr Rick for close to 8 years. He has always been patient and kind with me. I’m not a fan of Dr Ryan, but that’s just me. I’m not saying I don’t recommend him I just don’t prefer him over Dr Rick. Kristen (NP) is amazing! If I can’t get in to see Dr Rick she is my next choice. She doesn’t sugarcoat anything and is always straight forward about everything.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting my new physician, Dr. Berry, and I can honestly say—what a breath of fresh air! From the very first visit, I felt seen, heard, and respected. He’s not just checking boxes; he’s present, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Dr. Berry took the time to understand my concerns, asked thoughtful and relevant questions, and offered a clear plan to explore and address the root of the issue. He doesn’t just treat symptoms—he seeks real solutions. His follow-through and the way he explains everything in a way that makes sense really sets him apart.

To be fair I rate the drs 4 stars but I dont rate the staff I can't rate a star Because the staff goofs off too much and Gossips to much They seem to get sidetracked Not taking the patient seriously when they tell them something And sometimes forgetting to give patients there test results But in my opinion They need to do a little more working And less Gossiping they can do that on break do what they get paid to do im not saying that about all the staff just a few of them some of them can be okay
