While the staff is generally friendly and professional, some employees have been known to engage in excessive gossiping and become sidetracked, occasionally forgetting to provide patients with test results. Overall, the practice receives positive reviews, with patients appreciating the doctors' care and dedication.
To be fair I rate the drs 4 stars but I dont rate the staff I can't rate a star Because the staff goofs off too much and Gossips to much They seem to get sidetracked Not taking the patient seriously when they tell them something And sometimes forgetting to give patients there test results But in my opinion They need to do a little more working And less Gossiping they can do that on break do what they get paid to do im not saying that about all the staff just a few of them some of them can be okay
Both of the doctors at Edwards Family Medicine are very good doctors. They listen and get things done to solve the problem you are having. The staff is friendly and very professional would not use anyone but them . I give them five stars
They are the sweetest men! They listen to you. I was hesitant when I first saw Dr. Ryan. I had seen Dr. Ricky with clients and friends in the past. But within minutes of the first meeting, and Dr. Ryan & I’s chat, I felt comfortable here.
