James Robertson arrived right on time at 9:45 as was stated. He was very professional, polite, conscientious and friendly as he diligently worked all day. He explained everything to us before he began and asked our preference on shelf placement. We appreciated his neatness and care to protect our home with drop clothes and ventilation from fumes and dust. When all was complete, in one day, James invited us to see our new walk-in-shower. We were so impressed with his meticulous workmanship. We sat down went over some paperwork that needed signatures. James explained some safety, cleaning and care recommendations. I had several areas of the house updated at the same time because a lot of the finishes were starting to look dated. The rooms still feel like the same house, but they have a cleaner and more updated appearance. The work took some planning, but the finished result made the disruption worthwhile.
