I contacted Bartlett as soon as I could after Hurricane Ida. I live in Metairie,LA. They came out within a few days to evaluate my huge Magnolia. Quite a lot of it was on the ground. I thought we would have to take the remaining part of the tree down. I was told that enough remained and was healthy so the tree could stand. 2 days later Bartlett workmen showed up and dealt with my tree debris and worked on my Magnolia.
