Zachary is an extremely meticulous and thorough technician. He is dedicated to repairing the issue by fixing it at the root rather than putting a bandaid on it and it being only temporary. Thank you so much. We appreciate you.
Southern Air was quick to respond to my call right before 5 o’clock in the evening. Joseph was here 15 minutes later! He was very polite and crossed his fingers hoping for an easy fix for my AC. Unfortunately it’s a bad compressor and had to be ordered. He sat with me on the front porch and explained what was going on. As soon as the compressor comes in Joseph will get another glowing review. Waiting patiently!
Joseph came to install a window unit while waiting for the compressor to come in. Again, very polite and got it installed quickly!
Joseph and Caleb came install the new compressor. As always polite and knowledgeable!
