Great buying experience and great company to work with! I had no issues at all with the building.
Recently did a warranty claim for an electrical issue. They were here the next day and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Got it fixed up in a small amount of time.
The only issue I had was being told when I signed my contract that I would get a cooler as a promotional item and still haven’t received the cooler. I’ve called several times and keep getting told the cooler will be shipped directly to me. But no idea when. Finished my building in July. We are in October. This is the only reason for not rating 5 stars.

I bought a 20 x 30 metal building from Mallett 20 years ago and it’s still in good shape and they done me a good job. They were quick and cheaper than everybody else and have a better warranty.
I purchased a 40 foot by 30 foot building. All heavy duty screws no nails. All heavy duty construction. Lot of colors to choose from. Building is square and level. Slab is smooth and level. The process was very easy and everything was done on time. I highly recommend.
