I went to get my hair done (by dulce ) she was amazing and very gentle but, everything changed when I went to the front and pay. It was a cashier (blonde) not so nice to people of color (Hispanic) she was nice towards white people but when it was my turn to pay she changed her attitude towards me. She made me feel so uncomfortable to the point where I got confused with the cards I was using to pay with. I’m

I don't usually go to Ulta very often, just when I need to restock my makeup and skincare. A few months ago, while waiting in line I saw how a cashier didn’t have the same customer service towards a latina woman as she did to other clients. Which seemed very unfair to me because we all deserve the same respect. Today it was my turn, the same cashier greeting me like all the customer, but when I replied and she saw i have a hispanic accent, she changed her treatment towards me and her expressions on her face. Would like to say that this store has excellent customer service. I go there when I’m visiting my daughter that lives in Schriever. I wish I had the service I get here back home in my Texas Ulta. No comparison. This store I rate 100% on customer service. My local store is a zero percent in customer service sad but true. Keep up the good work gals.
