Studio Matrix has changed my life! It's more than just a gym--it's family! The friendships I've gained have been a blessing. I'm 5 sizes smaller than I once was but more importantly I am stronger. I'm doing things I never thought I would do and I'm getting muscles that I never knew existed! As long as Yvette is here I'm staying rooted! 100lbs goal down here I come!
