We are very pleased with Donald and his staff here in Houma. We can call Donald with questions, and he is prompt in his responses. If he is unable to provide an answer while on the phone, we know we will get an answer soon after. He is also extremely dependable. We trust that we are getting the best service and are being guided through these unprecedented times. Donald is also technically proficient. I have been with PPL for as long as I remember. As a small business owner, my job covers every single aspect in business but very often, the most important parts are forgotten. Lucky for me that the team of PPL in Houma and Baton Rouge come to rescue with their highly organized and detail-oriented quality.
