I bought the wrong dog food and the return experience was a pleasure. The clerk made it so easy and very simple. I was able to return the wrong food that I purchase and purchase the correct one with no problem.

I was able to find everything I wanted for my new Kitty. Wow! Prices have definitely gone up. A covered litter box was $55! It was huge (it took a full 28 lbs of Kitty Litter.) I did find a comparable Kitty Litter box online for about $10 cheaper, however, I was ready to use it and I decided convenience was worth $10!

Staff is extremely eager to make you happy and help you in any way possible. Absolutely a great experience, there was a little wait time for crickets but no big deal. Prices are great also. I bought 30 crickets a Betta fish and little desk tank with a bag of rocks for right at $50 out the door!
