I brought a short cotton dress in for press only. I was charged $47.00. The dress is wrinkled from top to bottom. I brought the dress back the next day, the sign stated open 8am-1pm, the doors were locked when I arrived at 8:48am and I went again at 12:15pm doors still locked. I called several times-No Answer.
Brought my Son's Letterman's jacket to be dry cleaned. Got it back still smelling like my son's cologne and still full of dirt! Showed the lady and she says yeah I see that. Really!? I paid for my son's jacket to come back to me the exact same way I left it, dirt and all! Will NEVER return here!
my wife brought in a Burberry tie to be cleaned. During the process they put a hole in the tie. The did not replace tie or give adequate compensation. We have used this cleaners for 15 years. Business had recently been sold to new owners. I will no longer use this cleaners or recommend it .
