MyEyeDr. provides a great experience with friendly, helpful, and polite staff. They are knowledgeable and patient, making the process of getting glasses or answering insurance questions a pleasure. The eye doctors, including Dr. Cloutier, are excellent, making clients feel at ease. With a welcoming atmosphere, MyEyeDr. is a place where customers can feel confident and happy with their experience. The staff, such as Cheyenne, goes the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable and valued, which is rare in healthcare. The entire team, including the helpful and compassionate Michelle, is efficient and makes the visit a pleasant one.
This was a very quick and easy process from the exam to getting our frames picked out! I am a solid forever customer for my whole family now. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. 10/10 recommend!
The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to make sure my prescription was right and helped me choose frames that were comfortable and looked great. My contacts fit perfectly, and my glasses are both stylish and clear to see through. Dr. Fatima was truly amazing!!! She was very nice and so sweet!! She also was very personable, knowledgeable, attentive! She took care of my girls and provided the best care! We love her and can’t wait to return!
