Kevin and staff were absolutely awesome! Brought my teen for her birthday to get her piercing. The place was clean and the staff was welcoming and professional. They embodied the blpwrfect balance of professionalism and friendly. We are a split family who are all very much active and involved so she had 4 parents with her, her own entourage! Kevin was awesome about it and accommodating so we all got to share that experience with her. He made her comfortable and extended an olive branch should she have any questions or concerns after the fact. We went back a few weeks later so she can change it out and he did that for her and showed her how to do it on her own of she wished....read full review
