Went see Mrs. Mona to help stretch and work-on my shoulder as I recently had a rotator cuff repair. By the end of my 90 min session I was able to reach 180 degrees ROM actively and passively arms all the way up and back. This is a huge milestone for me and I’m so grateful. 10/10 recommend.
Mona is absolutely gifted. I could barely turn my head when I visited her, but when I left, I had so much more mobility and less pain. I highly recommend Mona.. She is the best massage therapist I have ever dealt with.
Mrs. Mona is great. I arrived with a lot of stress and pain in my lower back. Since she started working on my back I feel relief. After she was done I felt like I was walking on the clouds. God bless her and her hands. I highly recommend her.
