Owner Dustin Parkhill is a great person to deal with and even under the immense pressure of an emergency situation like hurricane IDA he is very responsive and courteous to his friends and customers.

Living in Bayou Blue, a working generator isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. My old Generac was surging and wouldn't hold a load during testing. I called K-Gen Electrical & Generator Services after seeing their local listing. They did a full diagnostic and found a faulty voltage regulator. The tech was out the next day, fixed it in under an hour, and now it runs smoother than when it was new. Total lifesaver before hurricane season.
Our business standby unit was acting up during the last storm and these guys saved us. They got it running again fast so we didn't lose any inventory. So glad we called them when we did.
